1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
All locations within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
Shipped via: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or UPS (depending on order size & weight)
Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Orders must be placed before 1 PM for same-day dispatch
Next-Day Delivery (Selected Products Only)
Delivered next working day
Not available for oversized items, custom builds, or bulk orders
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Order weight
Delivery location
Shipping method selected at checkout
Estimated ranges:
Small components (e.g., cables, small accessories): £2.99–£4.99
Medium items (e.g., RAM, SSD, motherboard): £4.99–£7.99
Large items (e.g., PC case, monitor): £7.99–£14.99
Custom or ready-built PCs: £14.99–£29.99
Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
Custom PC builds require 2–5 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
Tracking number
Courier name and tracking link
Tracking may take up to 12 hours to activate.
6. Delivery Requirements
A signature may be required for high-value items like CPUs, GPUs, and gaming PCs.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
If delivery fails:
The courier may attempt re-delivery
Or leave the parcel at a local collection point
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:
Contact us within 48 hours

Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of packaging and item
Description of the issue
We will replace or refund according to our Returns & Warranty Policy.
8. Lost Shipments
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:
Please notify us after 7 working days
We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated
A replacement or refund will be provided once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
