1. Introduction
Welcome to our Product Availability & Pricing page. At ChatworthWeb, we’re committed to providing you with clear, up-to-date information about stock levels and pricing for our computer and computer parts. This page outlines how we handle availability, pricing, and orders.
2. Stock / Availability
In Stock: Products marked as “In Stock” are held in our UK warehouse and are typically ready for immediate dispatch.
Low Stock: If stock is low, we will display a “Low Stock” warning. Orders placed will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Out of Stock / Backorder:
If an item is out of stock, we may offer to take backorders.
Estimated restock dates will be shown where available.
You may choose to be notified when the item is back in stock.
Alternatively, you may cancel the backorder before restocking.
3. Pricing Policy
Price Display: All prices shown are in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and Other Charges: Shipping fees (if any) will be added at checkout.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time before order acceptance. This may be due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, or other business factors.
Errors and Corrections: Occasionally, there may be errors in pricing or product information. If an item is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel your order or ask whether you want to continue at the correct price.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is considered accepted once we send an order confirmation email.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide options (e.g., partial shipment, cancellation, or refund).
If you choose to cancel, any payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

For backorders: Dispatch is based on estimated restock date and will be confirmed to you.

Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.
